For any return or exchange, please:
- Have your order number and the name used at the time of purchase ready. Your order number is indicated in your order confirmation email and shipping notification email, and starts with #OMA.
- Send your return using a tracked postal or courier service only, and keep your tracking number. Please also keep your proof of postage and purchase receipt in case we need to reimburse your return shipping costs (in the event of an error on our part).
- For any order placed via PayPal, you may be able to claim a refund on your return shipping costs through PayPal. You can activate this service here: https://www.paypal.com/webapps/mpp/refunded-returns
You may reuse the original box your order arrived in, as long as it is still in good condition.
Please note: for any exchange or refund, products must not have been opened or used in any way, and must be returned in their original condition.
OMA & ME cannot be held responsible in the event of loss or theft of your return parcel during transit. The tracking number serves as proof of shipment.
OMA & ME gives you the option to exchange one or more products from your order within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of your order. Return shipping costs are your responsibility, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
A maximum of one exchange per order is permitted. After 14 calendar days, returns and exchanges are no longer accepted.
Please follow the steps below:
- Contact our customer service team at contact@oma-and-me.com with your name, order number, and the product you wish to exchange
- Our team will provide you with the return address and the information to include on your exchange form
- Your exchange will be dispatched within 8 business days of receiving your return.
Note 1: Exchanges submitted without an exchange form cannot be processed.
Note 2: Please return products using a tracked postal or courier service — this allows us to confirm receipt of your return at our warehouse.
Note 3: Returned products must not have been opened under any circumstances. Any seals or protective packaging (such as tamper-evident stickers or tape) must remain intact.
If you exchange for a lower-priced item or a temporarily discounted product, the difference will be refunded as store credit.
OMA & ME gives you the option to return one or more products from your order within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of your order. Original shipping costs will not be refunded for returns where the product simply does not suit you — your refund will therefore be the order amount minus the shipping fees actually charged to us by our logistics provider for your order.

- Our team will provide you with the return address and the information to include on your return form
- You will be refunded within 8 business days of receiving your return.

If your parcel is returned to us because it could not be delivered or was not collected, you will be refunded the order amount minus the shipping fees. Please note that if you benefited from free shipping on your order, a flat fee of €4.99 will be deducted from your refund to cover the actual shipping cost incurred.
If the parcel was returned due to an error on our part (e.g. dispatched to the wrong address), the refund will be issued in full with no deduction.
To request your refund, please contact our customer service team at contact@oma-and-me.com with your order number and the name used for the order.
Before each shipment, we inspect every product carefully and pay particular attention to potential leaks. All orders are carefully packaged and protected with kraft paper or bubble wrap, and all openings are sealed.
However, products can occasionally arrive damaged due to shocks during transit, which may for example cause liquid to leak.
In the event of total damage rendering the product unusable (for example, a shampoo or treatment completely spilled inside the parcel), we will either resend the product free of charge or issue a full refund. Here is the process:
- Send an email to contact@oma-and-me.com with your name and order number and a description of the issue. Please include photos of the damage.
- Let us know whether you would prefer a replacement product or a refund.
In the event of partial damage (for example, a minor leak), please contact us at contact@oma-and-me.com with your name and order number. We will do our best to find a suitable solution. Please include photos of the damage.
Your replacement or refund will be processed within 8 business days.
