Product availability information is provided at the time of placing an order.
We regularly offer products for sale as "pre-orders". This means we have already purchased the corresponding stock, but it has not yet been received at our warehouse. As quantities are generally limited, we offer the option to order a product a few weeks before it officially comes back into stock.
The estimated delivery timeframe for a pre-order is indicated on the product page at the time of purchase and on the order summary invoice. A pre-order can be cancelled at any time as long as it has not yet been dispatched.
In exceptional cases, errors or changes may occur, particularly in the event of a supplier stock shortage due to an unexpectedly high volume of orders for the same product.
In the event that a product becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, we will notify the customer as soon as possible, offering either the option to order an alternative product or to cancel the order.
Products can be delivered to the countries listed on the Site at the time of placing the order. Outside of these delivery zones, we reserve the right to refuse the order or to accept it after estimating the associated shipping costs.
In the event of a delivery delay due to unforeseeable circumstances, we will inform the customer of the additional time required. If the product has still not been delivered after this additional period has elapsed, the customer may cancel their order by sending a written notice to our customer service team.
The customer must ensure that the information provided to us is accurate and remains so until full receipt of the ordered product(s). The customer therefore agrees to notify us of any change in contact details that may occur after placing an order by sending an email to our customer service address without delay. Failing this, in the event of a delay and/or error, the customer may not hold us liable.
We shall not be held liable if non-receipt of the product is due to an unforeseeable and unavoidable event or to a case of force majeure.
For any enquiry, clarification, or complaint, customers should contact our customer service team in the first instance, so that we may attempt to find a solution. Our customer service team is available Monday to Friday, 9:30am – 5:30pm CET, using the following contact details:
By consenting to SMS marketing from OMA & ME at checkout, or by initiating a purchase or subscribing through our opt-in tools, you agree to receive recurring SMS notifications (including order updates and abandoned cart reminders), marketing messages, and transactional SMS — including review requests from us — even if your mobile number is registered on a national or federal do-not-call list. Message frequency may vary. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
To unsubscribe from SMS marketing messages and notifications, reply STOP to any message sent by us, or use the unsubscribe link included in one of our messages. Please note that alternative opt-out methods (such as using different words or requests) will not be considered a valid means of unsubscribing. We do not charge for this service, but you are responsible for any messaging or data rates charged by your wireless carrier. Message and data rates may apply.
For assistance, reply HELP to any message received from us, or contact us at contact@oma-and-me.com.
We reserve the right to change any phone number or short code used to operate this service at any time. You will be notified in such cases. You acknowledge that any messages sent to a changed number or short code — including STOP or HELP requests — may not be received, and we will not be obligated to honour requests made via those messages.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we shall not be liable for any failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of information sent via the service, for any errors in such information, or for any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or the service.
Your privacy matters to us. Please review our privacy policy to understand how we collect and use your personal information.
